if a judga has given wrong and biased decision how one can catch him and get it corrected and also punish the judge for giving wrong and biased decision without any evidence solid

Based on the wrong judgment no action will be taken on the judge. Only if the complaint says he is corrupted, action will be taken.

Appeal is the action to be taken to protect the case.

Complaint is the action to be taken to penalize the judge.
