Whether the LLB degree obtained after graduation can be considered as a Bachelors Degree for the emplyment puorpose has my graduation percentage in BA is less as required and my llb percentage is good enough to apply for the employment?
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 29 November 2010
YES, minimum per centage obtained either in BA or LL.B. will make you eligible for appointment.
Parthasarathi Loganathan (Expert) 29 November 2010
However some organisations like Banks or PSUs insist for minimum stipulated percentage in graduation and don't reckon any subsequent degrees as far as computation of marks is concerned. This is purely to maintain the ranking at par with other aspirants who may not possess double degrees.
