Fast 498 trial

I have completed my Law and my case for 498A is fixed for Evedence. Can I move this case into fasttrack court. This case is in the judiction Of Faridabad (Haryana).

What is the procedure for the same?

In Haryana, Fast Track Courts are not set up at the level of Judicial Magistrates whereas cases under section 498-A are triable by Magistrates. You cannot get your case transferred to Fast Track Court.

Fast Track court in india is made to speedy trial for the sessions matter exclusivly trial by the sessions judge, your case is trial by magistrate's court so u can not move to sessions court, but you can move before the high court for giving a direction for the speedy trial or time bound trial by the magistrate if there is delay in bringing witnesses by the prosecution.
