Transfer of Temple's Land

Can Temple's Land (More than 50 acres)transfer to any developer for development ? If yes then what is the procedure for that ?

If the property is 'debutter' then the same can not be transferred to anybody except with the leave of the court.

If it is a private temple managed by an individual or private trust, it can be sold

even an individual or a trust can not sale the property without the leave of the court, if the property is in the name deity.
