I want to file suit or complaint in District court against color channel and Rakhi Sawant for vulgarity and objectionable scenes,under which act/ provision i can do this ,kindly provide me copy of such like suit or complaint.Thanx

I am not sure what your allegations would be? If the allegations are for abetment of suicide then only the police or the family member of that person who has allegedly committed suicide on her insult could lodge such complaint.

You can file a suit for permanent injunction against the chennal as not to exhibit such programmes. YOu cannot file criminal case.

Mr Rajoo pl tell under which provision permanent injunction can be issued , pl give exact case from where you have derived this opinion.

Criminal case can be made and even the process can be issued as was done in Khushboo case the famous actress but you have to be ready to continue and even you may have to appear in HC and SC which in such cases happens . If you are not in a position to go before all the forums just keep quite.
