ANY PERSON APPREHENDING ARREST DUE TO FILING OF ANY CR.CASE AGAINST HIM CAN SEEK PROTECTION OF ANTICIPATORY BAIL FROM DIST AND SESSION COURT OR HIGH COURT.GOOD LUCK.

but we can file a complaint on basis of poa why not anticipatory bail

The POA holder can affirm the affidavit of the accused person's petition for anticipatory bail but the accused will have to execute the vocalatnama by his own sgnature
