concent for what? all agreements made by a minor are voidable on his will.

If marriage has taken place then such marriage has been held as legal by Apex Court so take benefit of this ruling.

an affidavit is a sworn in statement made my affiant by witness by notarty.
Affidavit is a legal document only for limited purpose affirming certain averments made in the main suit or written statement or in certain appication e.g domecile certiicate, edcuational institution etc. or obtaining birth certificate.
Now your question is whether 17yr old girl can make affidavit. Yes if the girl is able to understrand and not metaly retared and in own concious.
the minority of her age does not pevent her from making affidavit. The illiteracy is also not a reason to deny her making affidavit.
The legal or illegal content of what the affiant stated is entirely diffrent from the reasons for affidavit

i jst want to relise a lady from nari sudhara gharh...so in dat case i need help ...bcoz her perants favouring her...dey r not soprting her ..

No, she can not file the affidavit dear Sathyan.
no one can file the affidavit before the court or the authority if she/he attand the age of majority,
dear Ankur, i my view she can not signed and file the affidavit bcz she is not major, she is under 18 years.
