myself is working as a confirmed employee of sbi life insurance co.ltd since last 4 years.
recently i have got a phone call from our HR dept:and they asked for my immediate resignation.they also informed me that otherwise they will terminate me.how can i get a legal assistance with this,plz help

You have to approach a lawyer in your area, show him all the relevant papers,and then he will guide whether how to go about the matter.

how you can say you are confirmed employee of sbi life insurance co.ltd ? what papers you sign or any legal papers you have ?such type of jobs are target oriented , pls send information about your joining

Have you committed any offence, for which they are being lenient and asking you to leave?? You need not answer this part of this question. Note if you have committed an offence, then the Company has a right to terminate your services. If they are asking you to resign, then better do so.
If not, has the HR given in writing that u leave. I assume not, then in that case continue working diligently. Be very careful as to what steps you take.

If they terminate your services without giving you an appropriate reason and without following the proper manner for termination, you have a right to approach the Labour Court.

Some reasons must have been stated in the letter which U have not stated.
In any event, U cannot be dismissed from service without being heard.

As you are a confirmed employee and you have proof for it. Then it is tough job for them to throw you just like. You can approach a nearby advocate with whom you can detail all the facts based upon which they have instigated to remove you so that you can arrive at a better solution to get rid of this problem. If author does n't mind, can he post the text of terms and conditions stated in his appointment letter and gist of notice served for termination of employment?
