HR not updated the father's name in PF/UAN

I worked for a reputed company which is amongst the biggest companies in india, but the HR didn't updated my father's name in PF UAN/account number, due to this I am unable to get it transfer to my new company or I can't even take claim also. When I was in the company I requested for the updation of basic details he neglected ever time, I left the company almost 8 months back but still the update not happening and when I ask the main HR they always takes one month time but for no use.

However, even if HR do not take appropriate action move to civil judge for a mandatory injunction through a local lawyer.
