Section 107/51, bogus call on 100 no.

(Querist) 28 August 2015 This query is : Resolved 
If a drunk person made a bogus call on 100 number, then should he plead or contest his case,
he made the call regarding a suspect as a thief, because one day before a theft were made in his home, and the suspect was found late night in front of the house.
therefore person made the call on 100 number, but the police made the case on him u/s 107/51.
now whether should the accused plead guilty, or contest.
