Leakage from terrace

Dear Sir,

I reside on the top floor of the society.
Even 1 rain flash in mumbai has created problems for me as my house is full of water from terrace.

Inspite of several complaints made to the society,no action has been taken.

What can i do?

If the drainage system can be done easily in affordable cost get it done. Try if the society agrees to bear the cost. If society does not pay and allow for work to be done, notice following court case is way left.

Give Letter to Society for terrace leakage, with copy to Asst Registrar Chs;
If no action in 7 days, repair at your cost informing Asst Reg., to compensate later in mtn.
