1. vehicle snatched on road by miscreants. insurance claim repudiated on the ground of fakeness license. driving license has nothing to do with the snatching/theft of vehicle. pls suggest some judgments on this specific point.

2. insurance issued at place 'A',
accident takes place at place 'B'
claim repudiated by insurace company by its office at place 'C'
is complaint maintaniable as place 'C', as part of cause of action arises at place 'C' also
ANY JUDGMENTS REGARDING THIS. ?

Consumer complaint can be filed in any city of India if in that city the Insurance company has nay of its branch office.

For deficiency in service, Consumer complaint can be filed at any location where the branch issuing the insurance policy is located unless there is in any specific mention regarding jurisdiction of courts mentioned in the policy.
