How to get property documnets

Hi,
can anyone suggest me how to pull out documents registered in 1987 in burari.
When you have no other document available for help.
where should i go to get the papers i just know the address and nothing else but property is on my name.
please sugeest that would be a great help for me.

go to sub-registrar office of ur zone.

piya! Get the property no. of your neighbour and trace your property's no. with the revenue record maintained with patwari aur in NDMC. You shall get the mutation no. of your property which shall contain the registered sale-deed no. favouring you. Get it and then apply it with the joint registrar of your area.

*Until one has registration no., how can he get the certified copy from the office of registrar?

Mr. raj kumar makkad property was not registered. when i go to revenue office they dnt give me any satisfactory answer they just say they can not help me at all as i do not have any proof as in documentation

well Burari is out of NDMC are.
You query is vague. You have not specified real problem. What type of property it is which is never registered. On the first impres it appears as encroached public land but even that is registered either in Govt /corporation/Panchayat name.
have you taken recourse to RTI?
