I am married , I don't earn a single rupee and my husband's income is less than 8 lakh per annum and we have a seperate rashan card and jan aadhar card as well ,but my parent inlaws income is more than 8 lakh per annum so am I eligible for the EWS certificate from rajasthan state ?

To my knowledge, "Family income" does not include the income of the spouse's parents ..
