Xerox of property agreement

Respected members, I had given a Xerox copy of property agreement to a broker for selling my flat. Eventually I decided not to sell the flat and rented it my brother. Can the broker misuse the Xerox property agreement. Pls help. The originals are with me.

No possibility of misusing through photocopy till any offer from you in writing. Consent of owner is required for proceeding.

take back said copy of property agreement from broker to be on safer side legally as he may misuse it in some manner.
