Please advice the process to open a Play/Pre School in the state of Orissa. I want to open the school in my name (Not Franchisee).I would be really grateful if you can share the Acts in pdf here. Thanks.

Hi RK Goyal,
I know that I have to contact DEO. I need all the process like opening a trust, process to open it & legal requirements to open the preschool. There are lots of formalities to open a school but I want to know the formalities to open a pre/play school (for the students below 6 years).I need advise from you as a lawer.

You have mentioned that you want to open the school in your name, hence was the advice, however, if it is to be opened under trust, get a trust registered, take assistance of local lawyer for drafting and registration of trust deed.
Other formality differ from state to state, contact DEO office, they would guide for your proposed place.
