Respected Sir,

I want to know that my relative has purchased a plot of Rs. 25 lac and they have registered the plot from Tehsil Office on collector rate.

What is the reason for not registry of Rs. 25 lac and collector rate is acceptable or not in registry. what is the effect on resale of plot.

Please intimate me.

What is collector rate rate of the plot?

Plot can be registered at higher than collector rate of the property.

You wanted to know that why the purchaser has not registered at the government guidelines value or the purchase rate, some times to avoid paying excess stamp duty, there may be some arrangement between the vendor and buyer that way so anything can happen.
You have not mentioned the problem.
