Respected Sir,
My father has inherited agriclture land from my grand father. We are just two sisters. Land is apportioned among my father & his broyhers. Because of illness of my father , we decide to enter the name of my mother & sister as legal heirs. We have already prepared saugandhnamu. Will u pls reply me what is varsai ambo???? If there is any dispute among my father & his brother does it create any problem in this procedure ??? Will u pls tell me the entire procedure for the same???????

If partition was thru duly registered partition deed the status of the property should change to Self Acquired.
Agriculture is a state subject therefore the state laws should be looked into.......
The inclusion of names in mutation record does not alter rights of successors....
You may show all docs on record to an able local lawyer well versed with state laws and such/revenue/family/property matters...
