suit claiming ownership of land on the basis of adverse possession filed by the plaintiff in the year 1980 was decreed by the court on the basis of admitted written statement filed by the defendant/recorded owner of land. how to challange the said decree by the successor of the defendant.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 06 January 2015
The adeverse possession is claimed by way of defence. No suit can be filed claiming this right.

When the decree was granted. If it is not earlier then prefer an appeal. But it would be difficult to convince court since defendant has already admitted the claim of the plaintiff.
