Hello friends... I file dvc and mc on Jan 2014. Respondents appeared 2 times only after that not at all cmng. Im scared that this Ll take yes and that s what their moto. I HV proof against them on adultery but did nt file any for as of date. Previously I of just getting divorce that's y nt filed any cmplnts. Pls gv me acsilution how to get the cases closed ASAP

Sir, I filed dvc undercadultery and harassments along with maintanence case. It gone for social welfare dept but respondent nt attended enquiry. After that opp. Parties attended only two hearing in court. They didn't file any counter but he filed rcr in Chennai hc. For that I got stay order from madurai court. Now for dvc and mc cases, judge putting dates only on every hearings for 50+ days and respondents lawyer only appearing. I'm just scared how to finish the case asap bcoz respondent want to harass me by prolonging the cases. Pls suggest how to make the asap.
In the mean time I want to get back my articles from their house which was already prayed in my petitions. But its taking time and feeling helpless as being innocent family cheated by adulerting family.

If your ai is just to close the cases, do withdraw them at any stage of litigation without consultation/consent of the other party but if you want the cases to reach to its fag end, instruct your lawyer to pray before court to direct the other party to follow guidelines of the court.

Its been one year I came out matrimonial home. After 3 months I file dvccmc and hmop. Is it now possible to file 498a on him now. Previously I missed to file since I didn't get proper advice evnthough I have all proofs against him.

For return of Istridhna, you need to file criminal case under section 498A/406 IPC so that police may recover all those articles and may thereafter be handed over to you as per procedure but for the pending cases, your lawyer is required to be more vigil and effective.

Can I pray to court through a new petition asking to get mecthe sridhans from house? If possible what section and what s petition name. So that I can insist my lawyer to do.
