In property case I am defendant,the suit is in evidence stage,now I came to know
plaintiff produced wrong plan of property,
now
1- I want to make petition to dismiss the suit.

2- u/s & order pl. mention by which I have to make application.

1. This is not sufficient to dismiss the suit prior to completion of trial.
2. if you have not filed written statement, then file it highlighting this anomaly.

you have in cross examination prove that wrong plan has been enclosed . in your affidavit of evidence enclose the correct plan

Prove your version in proceedings and cross. Not a sufficient ground to dismiss the case at this stage.
