Dear sir
In property attachment case court attached property worng
1) court attached wrong door number as 6-45
but real door number 6-29
2) as per attachment in that place R.C.C building , but that is empty site on attached date.
3) property is gift Deed.
please advise me ,

In pro note case court attached property , another dor number dont know this attachment.

This seems to be a patent error, the same can be rectified by the court on representation.

it is a mistake of putting a wrong door number ,mistake may be done by clerical staff, and can be corrected if we bring it to notice of the court.
though,no motives can be attributed to any body, sometimes, it is not unusual to find deliberate delays in the course of certain legal actions , with the connivance of the concerned staff,which is not in the knowledge of higher ups.
as to time frame for correct attachment,it depends on the number of such jobs on hand for the attachment staff.

The Removal of Wrong attachment should be done on priority and on urgent basis which could make you liable for the consequences

The correction of the patent error may not take such a long time as opined by your advocate, it may hardly take a week's time or maximum 10 days.
