I stay at thane. I want to do court marriage. Whts the procedure. N hows much it will cost. I want to do regristration n marriage aftter 1 month.. than just suggest me wht to do..

Submit application to the Registrar of marriage. You should take following documents for both:
Passport Size Photographs, .Residential Proof ,Date of Birth Proof, any other document required.
Procedure you may get from the office. Certificate of marriage would be issued after one month from application if no objection received.
Registrar fee is nominal and if you take the help of a lawyer his professional fee can be negotiated.

I agree with expert Mr. R K Goyal on this issue and state that after the marriage being registered, one should wait for one month to decide about the objection, if any received.
