False case u/s 354

I have a 498A case pending. My wife now did false molestation case u/s 354 and I was arrested. I got bail now. She gave false deposition u/s 164 before magistrate. I have audio / video proof that I was not there in building at that time. Can anything be done to wife for false case of 354

It is too premature to file case u/s 354. If there is prima facie case you can go for quashing but not u/s 354.

Dear Querist you should filed a quashing petition before HC against the FIR if you have strong evidence in your favour as you informed that you have audio vedio recording, this is admissable as an evidence
