Dear Devajyoti Barmanji,

Greetings!

I wish to know - what the law in Gujarat says.

Does the terrace and common area - parking space rights belong to the builder or does it belong to the owners of the flats ?

Your tittled deed is to be seen to have clarification on your rights.
If there is health hazards from the tower you can complain to Municipality to get it shifted.
