Dear Sir,
Very Good Afternoon,
I have to file online Income tax return of one the official member of bank of india, he is employee and i have his Form-16. Please guide me how can i file online return easily.? and kindly provide me step by step procedure for filling online return.

Whether the employee/ person has got his ID and password at IT department site. If not, first get the same. Login ID is PAN no. of the assesses. Open the site, check 26 AS for the credits of tax deducted and deposited and compare it with the deductions shown in Form 16.
Choose applicable IT form and complete the same. It can be downloaded separately and can be completed. Check each page by clicking validate box /column on the page. Finally click calculate tax column after filling mandatory fields. The online return has the facility that the columns which are calculated automatically can not be amended.
After filing return in Exel format Generate XML form by clicking respective box of the return. Upload the return on site after login. Form ITR-V will generate, print it, sign it and dispatch it to IT department Banglore. ITR-V will also be received by E-mail, it can also be printed and dispatched if not printed fron return filing site.
