I have this query.

A foreign company desires to acquire majority stakes in Indian Private Ltd. Company.
What are the legal compliances under Companies act and FEMA ?
Please reply asap if possible..Its urgent..!

Dear Neha,
Since it relates to a Company, and company can afford the lawyer's fee, I suggest immediately take a cab at Company's expense, get in touch with a lawyer, pay his fees and get his view.
