I had send an rti application to HUDA, Gurgaon with an IPO of Rs. 50/ (dated 22/10/11) on 28/02/12. SPIO, HUDA returned the letter saying that the IPO is expired. Assuming that IPO is valid for six months,what action can be taken against the spio regarding rejecting the valid IPO.

since your rti application was turned down for wrong reasons,you can make a first appeal with out waiting for any further time.
