Divorce case urgent

(Querist) 01 March 2012 This query is : Resolved
could anyone please tell me what is the interpretation of a judgment"uncontested convert"????????????

case status shows as disposed

however nothing is specifically written in the judgement in online data.

further the word convert is confusing
Deepak Nair (Expert) 01 March 2012
This means the case is uncontested and being UNCONTESTED by the dfendant, it to be CONVERTED into petition for divorce by mutual consent.
kajal (Querist) 01 March 2012
i dint understand , you mean the defendant has to file a pettition for divorce?

but this pettin was also filed for divorce
sanjeev murthy desai (Expert) 01 March 2012
It means experte divorce decree has been passed by the Hon'ble court hence there is no necessity for defendant to file another petition for divorce. simply you are free bird from now on!!!

Get a copy of order from court to know its contents exactly.

EVIDENCE (PH):

THIS IS WRITTEN IN JUDGEMENT...WHAT DOES IT MEAN????

When the process of recording of evidence is initiated and matter adjourned for the same purpose by giving next date, stage of such matter is notified as evidence (partly heard).

When evidence on defence is to be secured, state evidence (defence) is mentioned. In criminal matters instituted other wise than police report, evidence is also recorded before issuance of process. State evidence before process is mentioned in such matters.

i want to know if this judgement constitutes as a divorce?
or is thr any other proceedings to be complied with
Deepak Nair (Expert) 03 March 2012
could you pleae attach a copy of judgment here or at least the concerned part so that we can refer and give our comments??
Shonee Kapoor (Expert) 04 March 2012
Kajal,

You are confusing, just know that the DIVORCE GRANTED would mean that the divorce is granted.

Otherwise, your lawyer/ experts can explain the judgment after seeing it.
