wife filled standard 498a cruelty charges hoping husband would give divorce and money to end the case.
but husband refused to bow down, now wife has change lawyer can she say previous lawyer cheated and made false allegation in divorce petioin and 498a
So, that she can put new charges which husband cannot prove wrong.

lawyers are made scapegoats by clients.
wife can levy allegations that lawyer cheated her and made false allegations but she will have to prove the same .
a lawyer is an officer of court . the testimony of lawyer would be of great significance in this case . court would be more inclined to believe the testimony of lawyer than the client who makes false allegations .

would it have postive impact on husband case? or he would still end up his life proving life new allegation would put up by wife

One is free to change one's lawyer as one changes cloths,There is no issue in that.
What charges she shall now make is beyond our anticipation.
Lawyers are always seen as soft targets,but it is not easy to hit them when they should not and can not be blamed.Such kind of blackmailing may some time prove very costly.

Changing of advocates mid stream make bad impression on court. And instead of blaming advocates concentrate on your plus points. If you cry on such minor irritants you will spoil your case.
