What is the relevance of 'Certificate' in SLP?

I mean the certificate we attach with the SLPs before the SC. Which contain certification regarding the pleadings by the AOR. Hope you may proceed now.

AOR is responsible for presenting the entire pleadings with all formalities completed.

this certification has to be by the AOR only.

Only Advocates on records have right to practice at Supreme court. So, certification is required by the AOR only as same suggested by Mr.Kiran.

An advocate on record only can file all pleadings in the Supreme Court and none else according to rules hence certification is required by him.

I UNDERSTOOD THAT A.O.R MEAN ADVOCATE ON RECORD., BUT WHATS THE CERTIFICATE?
