I was working in one company as accountant in 2006 after that I left comapny in jan 2007. again in May 2010 I rejoin first company were I work only one month I steal cheque from there worth 300000 I it get caught I return money to company And No Police complain register at that time.
Now After 1 and half year after means in oct. 2011 Company register case against me that anther cheque is missing and given to some jewllers to purchase Gold coin worth 650000.
FIR has registered IPC 379 but Police just inform me and to give statement That This is done by me ,Police has not yet arrested me.
(Cheque Given to Jewller ,Jewller Has return money to Company no one has collected gold coin from jewllers)
So there is no recovery of Gold and cheque in This Case.
Please advice me What I have to Do

Why you steal the cheque? Are you drwan the money by yourself , While you was caught what statement the company taken from you. IS the cheque transaction of second one was happened your period of reentry to the company. Do you have any proof , the cheque was given to the jeweler,

I need money for my thyroid operation that time that why I stole cheque.When I first time I caught I not given any written statement to company.
Second Cheque was just misuse , and I already left company before 1 and half year.
but Company given my name to police as suspected.
I have not done this time but company is taking my name in this case and police pressuring me to say yes that you have done this misuse.
Police inform me that misuse cheque was given to jewller for purchasing gold coin 650000 by someone else.

if you have not done anything wrong you should not make any statement to police admitting your guilt .

You simply deny that it is not you.Do not admit even past incidence. If you are named in FIR then seek Bail from Court.

Sir Can I seek bail before I get arrested because Police has not been arrested me yet.
and Can company withdraw his FIR or My name name as suspected.

Cross the bridge once you come to it.
Though you can seek Anticipatory Bail if available in your city.

You please talk to your company, if you are not really guilty. You make a request to the company to withdraw the police complaint.
If the company is vindictive and attempts to make false complaint, inform the police and see their reaction in-order to proceed further legally.

I have not contacted company , company If I request them to withdraw FIR they will not.
Police bring me to police station on 26 oct. for inquiry after One two hours Inquiry Police release me and not yet contacted me for further inquiry it almost one week.
What should I do Should I wait to police reply
