Your query is little confusion mr.rajesh. Actually who is the owner of that jewells? Its purchased by you or she brought it while her marriage. If that jewells are her property mean whats your problem to return to her?

some (Approx 60gm) jewellery she (Her parents) brought at the time of marriage and approx 40 gm jewellery is purchased by me but now she want to keep all (100 gm)with her only.and i have no problem to give all 100 am jewellery to her but i want to take only precaution so that if she files any case in court (either civil or criminal)then i can prove all jewellery with her only and nothing is with me.

because one year before she files 125 maintenance application against me but reconcilation has been made and now she is living with me.

Get notarized custody report made by her with full details of all 60gm and 40gm=100gm in your favor, and then hand over all you have as of now in your custody. Legally all is her STRIDHAN property as gifted to her,you have no title on it. But in view of relations going on you are thinking in a right way to have a proof before handing over to her, take care she appears before notary and signs his register and preferably the custody report should bear her photograph attested by notary.
