sir
I made agreement with seller&pay token advance.after seller dont want execute land sale deed and unable buy token advance also.
So i enter land mortgage loan agreement.now i want got the money or execute sale deed.
Pls advice me

go for specific performance.how you mortgaged the property before execution of purchase deed?
