after father death

sir, if my father write to all ancestral property name his second wife let me know can i claim it? am his legal wife (first wife)daughter.

If your father has not divorced your mother as yet then his second wife can not inheir him not he bequeath his ancestral properties to her. However the children if any out of the second marriage can inherit him. So you should now without much delaY file a suit for partition and injunction against transfer of the suit property till disposal of the same.
