exemption for CS

What is the difference between Correspondance-CS and normal way of doing CS,if any or both are same...

Secondly after qualifying CA,if I do CS then in how many subjects will I get exemption..

Thirdly,CS foundation level is exempted on completing graduation.If BCom final year is awaited then will i get exemption or the result should come out then only exemption is allowed..

CS is correspondence course I think. You have to obtain the percentage of marks to get exemption from foundation exam.
After completing CA you may get exemption of the accounts, cost accounting, if you obtained marks to get the exemption.
