Ex parte divorce

Hi,

Can any one let me know the provisions in law to file a review petition against ex parte divorce.

issue is not divorce, but the grounds stated. In other words ok with divorce but would want to contest the baseless allegations.

Filing for Review is of no use.
Challenge the decree in high court in Appeal.

You have both the options in hand and opt either of these two viz. seeking setting aside ex-parte judgment and decree before the same court by getting the ex-parte order set aside and second is to file an appeal before high court. Revision is not maintainable in the given case.
