Eviction

hi, my name is jitesh and i'm from assam.
My father brought our about 30 years and he is the sole owner of this land as it is registered to him. We've been paying the taxes ever since and have got all the legal documentation.
but about 7 years ago, my fathers big brother passed away and since his wife and daughter(married twice and divorced) had nowhere else to go, so we let them in our place to live with us.
But now they(my uncle's wife and daughter) have become impossible to bear with, as there seldom goes one day that she wont stop cursing and fighting with us claiming her right on our property.
we would like to get them out of our house so that we could live in peace once again.
Please suggest me the right way to do it in a legal way.......

You issue her a legal notice for eviction of the house within a stipulated time failing which she shall be treated as tress-passer.

Thereafter file civil suit for eviction of hour house.

You have send hin first a notice for eviction under Rent Act of your state and then file suit for eviction on the ground of bona fide need, nuisance and default of rent.

I think you should issue them notices but not treating them tenant but as licencee.Revoke the license ask them to vacate and file suit
Consult a local lawyer.
