Encroachment in common passage area

We have done some beautification out of main door and its only in the walls and do not cover any common area floor space.

will this be treated as Encroachment ? please guide

Beautification of area without covering any part of common area is not covered in the definition of encroachment.
However, it is your personal view point, which may not be correct on ground.
