Effect of eol on seniority

I am grade B central govt. Employee working under M.O.HEALTH . i have completed my 2 years probation . My seniority is rank based and not date of joining based . If i take 1 year eol on voluntary basis will i become junior than my batch colleauge.

As per rank the appointment will be given. For seniority the date of joining shall be considered.

Seniority of those availing such EOL, would be reckoned with their batch mates as per initial date of joining , i.e. there would be no effect on their seniority on this account which will be determined on successful completion of the probationary period.
