the dv case is on final stage means my mother & my statement was recorded . My husband cross is still remain. Can now i request for a interim order. As i live in my husband home from last 6 years & he left out from last 4 years . I pay home emi by cash as father given me. Now i pay emi, if i not pay emi bank seal the house what can i do as husband not pay emi. Loan is on hhis name only.

you ought to have amended your complaint to direct your husband to pay EMI of flat wherein you are residing

the final order is husband pay the emi. but from last 3 month he not pay the emi. Bank send letter of seal the house.
can i file complent in police station that he not pay emi so my herasment
