Can anyone provide a copyof rent agreement in UP.
Is there any need to register the same?
What are the registration charges?

It is better to enage some advocate in UP.
Mr Prbhakar Singh and Mr Shailesh Shah , both in our exeprt lists, I beleive are from UP.

There is no specific format for Rent Agreement in UP and it requires registration if is entered for a period more than 11 months.

Before seeking any draft you need to tell is your building subject of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972 ???????????????

Rent agreement depends upon the conditions set forth by the individual owner. Draft can be provided by any document writer, which can be modified to the need of the owner.
