Dowry claim

My younger brother married in April'2004 and his wife left him in june'2006(went in her brother's marriage & not returned).My father expired in Jan'2010 and this brother expired on 7th May'2011. Now his wife is claiming for the dowery items and jewellery from me and she has filed the claim in the court. Pls suggest what should I do? whether it is claimable from me?

your younger brother had not divorced his wife . on his death as wife she is enttiled as a legal heir to your brother property .
do you have the jwellery and other dowry items in your posession . if they are in your posession she is enttiled to the same
