Domicile certificate- citizenship

Dear experts,
My aunt is a woman senior citizen, residing in Gandhinagar since last ten years and purchased immovable property since 1983. She also having proof for residing in Gandhinagar since last ten years, can she get domicile certificate from D.M., Gandhinagar?
She born in Karaanchi, Sindh on 20-8-1949 before Republic day i.e. 26-01-1950 and she came at Songadh, Bhavnagar in 1952. Is she Indian citizen by decent? Her perents were Indian, but their proof is not available.

No Need to get Domicile Certificate,
More than 3 yrs stay in india continued and after also, so no need

she can obtain domicile certificate as she has evidence of stying in gujrat for last 10 years
