hello sirs,

i want know what are the documents required for the registration of the sale deed and what would be the stamp duty and registration
charges property costing 3225000/- for 495 sq.ft in bhayander (E).

original sale deed , copy of occupation certifcate , property card etc .

check the stamp duty ready reckoner for stamp duty charges in your area in bahayander . if you have purchased property from builder he would do the needful

Charges of stamp duty are required to be known from the local office of registrar wherein the sale-deed is to be got registered.
