There is nothing called 'registered divorce deed'.
Once a decree for divorce either contested or on consent is passed by the competent court the certified copy of that judgement and order is enough proof for a valid divorce.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 07 July 2010
Decree passed by court is not required to be registered anywhere and this is complete document.
G. ARAVINTHAN (Expert) 08 July 2010
Decree of Divorce passed by a competent court is the only valid thing on the eyes of Law.
