Hello,
If a Divorce case is going on can one of the parties upload their profile in the matrimony site. Is it illegal if they post their profile and write that they are awaiting divorce?

Thanks everyone for your valuable suggestion. Its regarding my friend who has filed her Divorce case and struggling to get it from her husband, now after 3 years we(her friends) uploaded her profile in a matrimony site and wrote very clearly that she is awaiting divorce. Her husband sent her a legal notice that its illegal and she is causing him harassment by doing this. We were hoping she has all the rights to choose the right person at least now but his notice made us think are we on the right track. His notice claims that till she is legally bound with him she cant upload any profile and that's illegal. So wanted to check with the experts opinion on this. Hope we are doing right thing by helping her.
