Divorce on mental & phy. cruelty

Dear
I filed Divorce under Physical and mental cruelty in Addl session judge court. As explained in counceling that I have been beaten by my in laws and Jailed U/s 107-151 as wife agreed upon it (that her relatives have beaten me )but not ready to divorce me ,Judge agreed that you faced mental and emotion break up . Please let me know if i am ready to take my child(5 years) with me than how long i have to wait for Divorce? .. I explained judge that i may be murdered by her anytime ,as she has tried in past.
