Divorce decree

Dear Learned Members,

I have been recently divorced. My official Statement has been recorded but I have not yet received a Certified Copy of the Judge's Order.

Can I get married in the meanwhile until I have received the Order? Will there be any Legal Complications?

.wait for your certified copy of divorce order. your husband can file appeal . so dont marry for another 3 months

But SIr, he does not have any objection to this marriage and he himself is getting married to someone else by the end of this month. In such situation can i Proceed with the marriage
