Divorce is per provisions of personal law/Act that applies…………
If you cannot divorce spouse by discretion if any, per provisions personal law/Act that applies and spouse is unwilling then contested divorce is option…

For that your counsel has to examine the grounds….that you want to rake up and that grounds are valid and evidences/merits that you have….

The spouse can also proceed against you and litigation may be protracted…
